When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to ensure it is warm and ready for brew. After making the coffee, let it steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee as it can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.
